Treatment of the Yeast Syndrome Candida albicans

Three-Step Approach

1. Do not continue to feed the yeast, Avoid foods to which they thrive.
2. Reduce yeast growth through natural agents.
3. Establish normal intestinal ecology.

The overall approach to treating the yeast problem is threefold. The first step is to refrain from feeding the yeast, what it likes to eat so that it can not Thrive and Divide. Yeast lives mostly on simple sugars, yeast and fermented foods. You must make sure your diet is fruit free, yeast free and sugar free. Yeast ( Candida) thrives in a sugary environment, so your diet should be low in carbohydrates and contain no yeast products or sugars of any kind.

Recommendations

1. Eat vegetables, raw, steamed, roasted, etc.
2. Fish, chicken, turkey, eggs, etc.
3. Plain yogurt

Continue on this diet for one month, at which time depending on how well you are doing we will add to your diet brown rice and some fruit.

Drink distilled water.

Avoid the following:

Aged cheeses, alcohol, baked goods, chocolate, dried fruits, fermented foods, all grains containing gluten ( wheat, oats, rye, and barley) ham, honey, pickles, raw mushrooms, soy sauce. sprouts, and vinegar.

Extra things to avoid:

Household chemicals products and cleaners, chlorinated water, mothballs, damp and moldy areas, If you need to use chemicals be well protected use gloved and a mask.
(Remember that your immune system is already weakened)
