Lisa
Dziadkowiec recieved her Master of Science in Biology from the Univercity
of Virginia . She is a member of the American Academy of Environmental
Medicine, the International Association of Preventive Medicine, the Nutrition
for Optimal Health Association and the Human Ecology Action League.
Because
of her own sensitivities to wheat and other grains, Lisa conducted original
research with the non-grain alternatives, amaranth and quinoa. Subsequently,
she established new applications for these foods in allergy-restricted
diets. She has also featured tasty, less commonly used vegetables in her
own diet and in her recommendations for others--especially those with
food sensitivities.

Lisa
has presented her observations before a number of professional and lay
groups, including the Americian Association of Cereal Chemists, the American
Academy of Environmental Medicine, the Rocky Mountain Environmental Health
Association, and the Nutrition for Optimal Health Association.
She
serves as a nutritional consultant to professionals and non-professionals
and publishes a monthly newsletter, Wellness Journey. She also serves
as president of UCAN Enterprises, Inc. Lisa
has two grown sons and four beautiful grandchildren. Her interests include
herbology,skiing and travel.
